Contemporary Art Deco on the Singapore Waterfront
Opened in late 2012, The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill occupies a prime space within the One Fullerton complex on the waterfront of Singapore’s Marina Bay. Named after the pelican — a symbol of homecoming for seafarers of yore — the restaurant combines a large outdoor dining terrace with an intimately scaled indoor dining room.
The Pelican is part of the Unlisted Collection portfolio — the same team behind Fat Cow, Kinki, Marmalade Pantry and Bedrock Bar & Grill. The culinary concept centres on classic East Coast American cuisine: fresh seafood, wood-fire grill and simple, uncomplicated cooking that lets premium ingredients shine.
The decor reflects a luxury mariner’s lifestyle: curved red leather booths, a copper feature wall, hot pink seahorse fixtures, vintage nautical objects at the entrance and teardrop vintage globes suspended on thin wires.
