The Snapper Pie is truly a marvellous dish. Warm, creamy, crusty and aromatic with subtle truffle nuances. We’ve had it several times and it still hasn’t gone out of style.
The Pelican Lobster Burger left a huge impression. The unique patty made entirely from lobster was succulent and full of natural sweetness. The candied bacon is the real deal.
